What is full and final settlement?
Full and final (F&F) settlement is the final payment to an exiting employee — pending salary, leave encashment, gratuity (if eligible), bonuses — minus recoveries such as notice shortfall, advances or unreturned assets, and applicable taxes.
Does DataqHR calculate gratuity?
Yes. Gratuity is included in the settlement for eligible employees based on your configuration.
Is asset return part of the exit?
Yes. Assets assigned to the employee are listed for recovery during the exit process.
